BE IT RES'JLVED by the members of the Common Council
of the City of Seward,
THAT H. E. Southard is hereby authorized
to llIllke application for amended Patents frOln the United
states Government for Blocks 6 and 15, Federal Addition, Seward,
and to do all other acts necessary to that end.
