The trail's route is projected to cross railroad property. The part of the trail that goes across railroad property and by the bay might be a prime target for interpretative signage focusing on historic aspects. He encouraged commissioners to attend the Alaska Railroad's master plan meeting at the Library Museum from 5:00 pm to 8:00 on the following evening, May 30th, 2013. Lasota proposed that city staff contact Jeff Mow for any future presentation on the multi modal trail. French volunteered to attend the Alaska Railroad's master plan meeting. Citizens' Comments Bob Reisner commented on the AK Railroad's proposed expansion affecting potential historically significant property like the airport.
