RESOLUTION 2004-59
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, TO APPROVE $51,620,00 TO BE PAID TO CRW ENGINEERING
FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES ON THE NORTH
SEWARD WATER SYSTEM PROJECT FROM GRANT # 76911
WHEREAS, attached are the breakdown expenditures for "Inspection and Support
Services" in the amount of $29,940, and "Construction Administration" in the amount of
$21,680 from CRW Engineering; and
WHEREAS, monies will come from the Gateway to Forest Acres Waterline Grant
#76911 (North Seward Water System Improvements Project).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that
Section 1. Funds in the amount of$51 ,620 will be paid to CRW Engineering out of Grant
#76911 (Gateway to Forest Acres Waterline Project) under line account 704-7042-5390.

Section 2, This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska, this loth
day of May, 2004.
