REOOLUTION NO. 95
A REOOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR THE LENGTH OF PERMIT AND
QUANTITY' OF CLASS "AN EXPLOSIVES TP.AT MAY BE C,1RRIED
IN THE (x)RPORATE LIMITS OF SEWARD, AI.J\f:KA, BY ANY
WATER FRONT FACILITY':
BE IT REOOLVED BY THE (X)UNCIL OF THE CITY' OF SEt'lARD,
ALASKA:
1. That any responsible water front facility so
applying, except loading and unloading at the City
Dock, may obtain from the City of Seward, Alaska a
permit for a period of SIX (6) months, consecutive,
authorizing said water front facility to carry
Class "AN explosives within the corporate limits
for such period.
2. That the amount of Class lOA" explosives carried
in the corporate 11mi ts of Seward, Alaska by any water-
front facility, except loading and unloading at the
Ci ty Dock, may not at anyone time exceed FOORTEEN
HUNDRED (1400) POUNDS.
Any resolution to the contrary is hereby repealed.
Adopted by the Common Council this 10th day of
February 1956, to be effective thirty days from this
date.
