RESJLUTION NO. 101
A REOOLUTION Fixing a date for the meeting of
the Board of Equalization later U~n that
provided in Ordinance No. 162.
WHEREAS, Section 5 (c) of Ordinance No. 162
provides the Board of Equalization shall
meet on the first Monday in July of each
year, unless the said Common Council shall
by Resolution fix a later date, and
\>.l}!EREAS. Additional time is needed for the
preparation of the tax rolls,
NOW THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the Common
Council of the City of Seward that the Board
of Equalization, for the year 1956, shall
meet during the second week of July, July
9th through July 14th, 1956, at the hours
specified in Section 5 (c) of Ordinance No.
162.
