OF FEDE&~ POWE~ JO~wITSSION LICENSE FOR fHE CRESCE\~T LAKE tITDRO_
EL1::CTIUC PROJECT.
-'IJELR3AS, the City of Seward is desirous of constructing a Hydroelectric
generating project at Crescent Lake in the Territory of Alaska, and
w1iE~EAS, the license of the Federal Power Commission governing the said
project has been issued and identified as license for "Project No. 2171 City
of Seward, Alaska", and
\vhE2EAS, acceptance of the said license on behalf of the City of Seward
is required.
NO\lJ, 'l'HLrtEFOl~:t:, BE IT RESOLVJ::D and it is here;)y resolved that the Nayor
be instructed and authorized and he is hereby instructed and authorized to
execute acceptance of license for "Project No. 2171" on behalf of the City
of Seward.
AN E1."lERGE:.\iCY IS HEREBY DECLARED, to exist, and the rules governing the
reading and passage of Resolutions are hereby suspended and this Resolution
shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
