As shown this concept has a pavilion
with the some area as the waterfront
pavilion with lots of Green Space for
residents to enjoy
Parking layouts could be adjusted,
this layout has 22 Parking spots
assuming the pavilion could host up
to $$ people
As shown we have an area for a dog
runt park, community garden beds
along the existing walking trail, and a
restroom building for Memorial for the
Jesse Lee Home and Residents
Parking is shown as one way angled
parking with 3 handicap spaces.
Putting the restrooms in this location
would require significantly less
installation of utility infrastructure
Additional electric infrastructure may
be required for the pavilion.

and an open air amphitheater
Parking layouts could be adjusfed but
would need to keep the 39 spots
assuming the pavilion/ amphitheater
combination could constructed to also
be used as a group assembly wifh the
capacity of 156 people
