RESOLUTION NO.168
BE IT RESOLVED That the Manager and Clerk of the City of Seward
are hereby instructed to execute and deliver Memorandum Agreement
between the Administration of Courts, State of Alask4, and the
City of Seward in total amount of Nine Hundred and No/IOO ($900.00)
Dollars annual cost to the City for judicial services.
An emergency is hereby declared to exist and the rules governing the
passage of ordinances and r'8olutions are hereby suspended and this
Resolution is hereby given imBediate effect upon its passage and
approval.
Passed and approved this 15th day of August, 1960
