RESOLUTION NO. 169
BE IT RESOLVED, That the Manager of the SEWARD ELECTRIC SYSTEM be, and Hereby
is authorized to accept the offer of CHUGACH ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC. to
furnish electric power and energy to the CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, at the rate
computed pursuant to data contained in Proposition No. 2 dated July 20, 1960,
and subject to the terms and conditions therein contained, a copy of which
is attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Manager of the SEWARD ELECTRIC SYSTEM be,
and hereby is authorized to negotiate and accept minor modifications of the
above described Proposition No.2 dated July 20, 1960 which modifications
shall not materially increase the cost of said Proposition No.2.
An emergency is hereby declared to exist and the rules governing the passage
of ordinances and resolutions are hereby suspended and this Resolution is here-
by given immediate efiect upon its passage and approval.
