RFSOllJTION NO. 171
BE IT RESOLVED that the Manager of the Seward Electric System
and the City Clerk in behalf of the Seward Electric System and
the Manager and the Clerk of the City of Seward in behalf of the
Seward Water System are hereby instructed to execute Corrlitional
Sales Agreement dated September 3, 1960 providing for the
purchase from the Seward Electric System by the Seward Water System
of one P & H Trench-Hoe Model 55'l'C, Serial Nunber Z796
for the sum of $4000.00.
An emergency is hereby declared to exist and the rules govem-
in!; the passage of ordinances and resolutions are hereby suspended
and this Resolution is hereby given irmnediate effect upon its
passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 2nd day of September, 1960
