RESOLUTION NO. 175

3 BE IT RESOLVED that the following provisions for voter reg!stration of
4 shut-ins become effective immediately;

6 Those persons unable, for physical resonsp to come to the City Hall to register
7 to vote may requut the City Clerk or the Deputy City Clerk to call upon them
8 for the purpose of registering.
9
10 A dwputy City Clerk for this purpose shall be appointed by the Manager to act
11 for a period of not more than thirty days prior to each election. This position
12 shall carry no salary.

14 Passed and approved this 24th day of September, 1960.
