RESOLUTION NO. 177
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby instructed
to execute and deliver an agreement between CHARLES C. COBERLY AND LENA S.
COBERLY for VETERANS HOUSING CO. INC. and THE CITY OF SEWARD. ALASKA. dated
September 29. 1960 setting forth the terms of use of water mains in Forest
Acres and setting forth an agreement regarding the disposition of certain
electric transmission lines in Forest Acres upon receipt of a certificate of
authorization for signers of the Agreement to enter into such an Agreement
for VETERANS HOUSING CO. INC.
This Resolution to be in full force and affect upon passage and approval
this 5th day of October. 1960.
