RESOLUTION NO. 178
BE IT RESOLVED that the Manager and the Clerk of the City of
the City of Seward are hereby instructed to execute and deliver
maintenance contract between the City of Seward and the Department
of Public Works for the fiscal year 1960-61, aggregate cost of
maintenance reimburseable to the City $5000.00.
This Resolut8on to be in full force and effect upon passage and
approval this 7th day of October. 1960.
