RESOLUTION NO. 179
BE IT RESOLVED that the Manager and Clerk of the City

of Seward are hereby instructed to execute and deliver
Long Term Leaae between the City of Seward, Alaska, and
the Peninsula Community Hospital Association effective
as of the ninth day of February, 1959, for a period of
ten (lO) years at a yearly rental of Five and nollOO ($5.00)
Dollars, this Resolution to be in full force and effect upon
passage and approval this 2nd day of June, 1961.
