RESOLUTION NO. 180
BE IT RESOLVED that the Manager and the Clerk of the
City of Seward are hereby instructed to execute and
deliver Contract for Care of Prisoners for the City
of Kenai in Seward jail effective October 21, 1960,
at a rate of $4.50 per person per day, this Resolution
to be in full force and effect upon its passage and
approval this 21st day of October, 1960.
