Quality also increases, meaning higher workmanship, long lasting repairs, and reduced maintenance costs. • OT: Higher productivity and efficiency reduces OT needed. Remaining OT incurred is shifted away from higher compensated Park & Campground Supervisor position. • Efficiency: Less resources to accomplish the same task, e.g., spending less time on recurring tasks, knowing where parts are located and using them instead of buying new ones, etc. • Work Errors Avoided: Experience and ownership significantly reduces costs, e.g., improperly maintained toolcat = $15,000 repair, lost tools, etc. • Onboarding/Training: Recruiting, advertising, interviewing, background checks, drug testing, hiring paperwork, employee supplies, on-the-job instruction
