BE IT RESOLVED that Permit Fee Schedule Under Ordinance No. 298
approved by the Council on November 18, 1960 and that Regula-
tions for Permit Holders Under (Garbage & Refuse) Ordinance
No. 298 approved by Council November 18, 1960 shall be adopted
and made effective as of November 18, 1960, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each Permit Holder shall be provided
a copy of the above described Regulations and that he shall
agree to comply with same by signing a statement to this effect,
said statement to be made a part of the Permit.
This Resolution to be in full force andeffect immediately upon
approval and passage.
Passed and approved this 18th day of November, 1~60.
