RESOLUTION NO. 190
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 156 dated June 29, 1960 established a Savings
Account with the Seward Branoh, First National Bank of Anchorage for a
certain portion of the Water System customer's deposits funds, and
WHEREAS, an ~--llllation of Section 10.202 of the Seward General Code of
Ordinances whioh nates the requil'ement for customer deposits shows no
requireaent to hold thsae funds apart frOlll working capital, and
WHEREAS, tile C1 ty's a\1di tors approve desegregating these fmtds,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDr that Resolution No. 156 is hereby cancelled
and authorisation for the deaegre!atin! of these funds bank account is
ordered, but with Water System. cuat<mer's deposits funds bookkeeping account
records to be continued separate from all other accounts; this desegre-
gation authorized to take effect. on January 1, 1961 at which time interest
for the period will be earned by the funds presently deposited to the
Water Deposits Savings .locount.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon passage
and approval.
