RESOLUTION NO. 191
BE IT RESOLVED that all Seward Water System Bond Redemption Reserve
funds shall be deposited in a Savings Account to be known as SE.WARD
WATER SYSTEM BOND REDEMPTION RESERVE SAV:rnGS ACCOUNT with the Seward
Branch, First National Bank of Anchorage, and that the Seward Branch,
First National Bank of Anchorage is hereby instructed to honor the
signatures of Chester A. Kunz or Ray F. James or Alex Petrovich AND
Beatrice E. Watts or Elizabeth L. Mahan or Virginia M. Blanchard
on all withdraJIals from the above named Savings Account.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage ~ and approval.
Passed and approved this 16th day of December, 1960.

OFFICIAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Resolution No. 192 was approved and pused
at the regular meeting of the City Council on December 16, 1960. Said
Resolution No. 192 approved the follOlling parking regulations to be
eftective the date of publication of this Notice in accordance with
Section 8.101 ot the Code of Ordinance.,
ReRlllat.ion No.1. No vehicle shall be parked on any city street or alley
in excese~ forty-eight (48) hours continuoualy. Sun~s and Legal
Holidays shall not be included in this 48-hour period.
Regulation No.2. No vehicle ahall be parked on any city street in such
a wq or 80 loaded that it will ob.truct an operator'. view of any
traffic sign or signal while approaching euch sign or signal in a legal
manner.
A copy of this Notice and the Parking Regulations is posted on the bulletin
board at City Hall.
