She will detail how 26 signs are just about complete and ready to go to production. Once ordered, expected delivery is around Mid-June (See timeline) ATCFDS We are on track with some help. I contacted the State of Alaska SHPO to let them know that posts, brackets, production are exceeding original estimates, in great part because of the strong demand of our project. They are going to increase the reimbursement to 24,000 from $17,825, There is not anticipated extra cost to the city as our volunteer hours and in kind will cover our portion of the match. While this amount will cover the Cost of design of signs, production, posts, brackets, delivery, it will not cover the cost of digging, concrete, install. This will need to come from private entities. Note that I will ask for a motion from the commission for me to send the request in to the SHPO to accept the additional funding. I have made Ms. Naneth Ambrosiani aware in finance. I will also be sending her all invoices received to date, as well as any estimates. We have received interest from Rotary Club of Seward to offer a donation. Bruce Jaffa has also helped as have private homeowners. Fundraising committee will need to convene and dial this in. We also need to discuss how in kind and donor recognition will occur as a matter of consistent policy. H g`ud qdptdrsdc ` rodbh`k lddshmf enkknvhmf sgd 3-08 vnqj rdrrhnm to discuss and vote on how to consistently receive any funding and recognize time and monetary donations, whether it be signs, on maps, or a combination or derivative of either or both. RHFM HMRS@KK9 Noshnmr9 5 City of Seward: Neither public works or Parks and Rec can assist. Neither has the equipment, staff, or resources. Both Cntf in Public Works and Sxkdq in Parks and Rec have been contacted. Assistance from city departments seems unlikely at this point., Aqtbd I`ee` with Jaffa construction has indicated willingness to help with install, short of digging the holes. I will discuss with him if he would be willing to donate cement, backfill or expertise. We will need to seek private options. Bnllhrrhnmdq Odladqsnm has indicated he can operate equipment.
