BE IT RESOLVED that Personnel Regulations (Harbor Master)
consisting of thirteen items of required duties and five items
regarding salary and perquisites be approved.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect ilIInediately
upon passage and approval.

Would you please publish the following Official Notice on Thursday,
January 26, 1961. Thank you.
OFFICIAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Resolution No. 195 was approved and
passed at the regular meeting of the City Council on January 20,
1961. Said Resolution No. 195 approved the following Parking
Regulation to be effective the date of publication of this Notice
in accordance with Section 8.101 of the Code of Ordinances:
Regulation No.3.
The North side of Railroad Avenue between
Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue is hereby
declared a "Loading Only Zone" between the
hours at: 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. except on
Sunday.
A copy of this Notice and the Parking Regulation is posted on the
Bulletin Board at City Hall.
