Chair Report
Our commission is very busy which is great. I am so grateful for the commissioners I
serve with they are all committed to doing quality work and a lot of it too.
I want to recognize our faithful clerks too. We have required a lot more work for
them to do and they have obliged efficiently and effectively! O
We are progressing on the CLG, as Mary Ann can give some input on.
Tanguy could not be here but he will be with us on Monday; however, he did provide
information regarding the CLG budget as shown beginning on page 14.
The next heavy lift will be to solicit donations to complete our portion of the
matching CLG grant.
Next will be the physical work! Commissioner Pemberton has volunteered to operate
any equipment we use for digging the holes for the signposts! O
At Monday's work session I recommend we revisit our "committees" as there is no
doubt changes to be made.
Finally, I would like to see us get back on the schedule of the Work Session preceding
the Regular Meeting. Changing the starting time to 6:15 for those just getting off
work. Clerk Ballou informed us that we could start the work session and go
immediately into the regular meeting without having the structured time for start and
finish. I do strongly advise we keep the end of the regular meeting at 9:00! Additional
work sessions may be necessary, beyond those scheduled, but they will be short.
