RESOLUTION NO. 215
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager and the City Clerk
are hereby instructed to execute and deliver Lease No.
ADL 02457 dated May 5, 1961 with the State of Alaska,
Department of Natural Resources, Division of Lands, for
a period of fifty-five (55) years, for the use of Lot
Two (2) of Tract 'A' of U. S. Survey Nos. 149 and 242
as a water-well site, for the sum of $25.00 per year.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect as of
the date of passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 19th day of Kay, 1961.
