RESOLUTION NO. 229
BE IT RESOLVED that the Manager and Clerk of the City
of Seward, Alaska, are her~by instructed to execute
and deliver REIMBURSABLE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT with the
State Department of Public Works for maintenanee of
Third Avenue for the period July 1, 1961 - June 30,
1962, amount not to e~ce.d $6500.00.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immedl-
ately upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 21st day of July, 1961.
