RESOLUTION NO. 231
BE IT RESOLVED that the Man~ger and Clerk of the City of
Seward, Alaska. are authorized to execute a land use
lease between the City of 3eward, Alaska, lessee, ani
, lessor. for not more
than
acres
of land for the purpose of building a substation for the
electric power tr.nsmis$ion line into Seward, said lease
to cost the City of 3eward not more than One Hundred and
No/100 (~lOO.OO) Uollars per year.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immedi-
ately upon pas3age and approval.
Passed and approved by The Common Council of the City
of Seward. Alaska, this 21st day of July, 1961.
