HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes1961-243 r RESOLUTION NO. 243 BE IT RESOLVED That the Seward water Department Bond Redemption Fund No.5 checking account shall be consolidated into the Seward Water System Bond Redemption Reserve Savings Account No. 40'/), and that the Seward Public Utility Sinking Fund (Redemption) checking account shall be consolidated into the Seward Public Utility Sinking Fund Bond Redemption Savings Account (Reserve) No. 2938 and tha~ this Savings Account shall be renamed to correct- ly reflect its use and shall be hereafter known as the Seward Electric Department Bond Redemption Reserve Savings Account. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That The First National Bank of Anchorage. Seward Branch, be, and it is hereby instructed to honor withdraw- als on Saward water System Bond Redemption & Reserve Savings Account No. 4075 and Seward Electric Department Bond Redemption & Reserve Savings Account when bearing any two of the t'ollowing signatures: Chester A. Kunz, Beatrice E. Watts or Virginia M. Blanchard. This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and approval.
