Seward Port and Commerce Advisory Board
Regular Meeting Action Agenda

The Following New Business Items were Approved:
PACAB adopted the agenda and consent agenda via unanimous consent with the addition of New
Business items; D.Board Elections,E.Budget Planning Sessions and F. Marine Expo.
PACAB passed resolution 2012-05,A Resolution of the Port and Commerce Advisory Board of the
City of Seward Alaska,Recommending that Council Establish the City of Seward's 2012/2013 State
Legislative Priorities, as amended.
PACAB set"Budget for SMIC and Harbor"as the topic for the September 19,2012 Work session.
PACAB unanimously elected Deborah Altermatt as Board Chair person and Darryl S chaefermeyer
Board vice Chair.
PACAB unanimously approved August 1, 2012 regular meeting minutes, as corrected.

September 13, 2012
