Administrative Report - Deputy Harbormaster Jim Lewis reported on the following items- 0 The Harbor Department began to issue approximately 65 slips for various boat sizes to individuals off t.hc; wait list. 0 The Harbor Department is working with Community Development on Harbor Tariff and Code revisions and requests fort of Commerce Advisory Board input on the process prior to holding a work session. Matt Gray Kenai Peninsula Fish Habitat- Gray presented on the initiatives and comprehensive programs being developed. dray elaborated on their primary-goal to have an 01.1treach effort to all aspects and regions so fisheries are more organized. dray spoke about an organizing conimittce working to establish the Kenai Peninsula Fish Habitat Partnership DI I P)whose mission is: to protect,restore,and enhance the nation's fish and aquatics communities through partnerships that foster fish habitat c:onscry tion and improve the quality of life for the American people.
