L. CALL TO ORDER
The November 41, 2009 Regular meeting of the Port and Commerce Advisory Board was
called to order at 12:0 3 p.m. by Ron Long, Chair.
OPENING CEREMONY
Buck led the pledge of allegiance to the flag.

There were present:

* Louis Bencardino, Alaska Railroad reported that over the last few weeks the railroad had
been busy with barges and equipment, were looking forward to the Christmas train and
