RESOUlTION NO. 260
BE IT RESOLVED. in accordance with Resolution No. 248, passed
and approved by the Seward City Council on December 28, 1961. that up to
the following amounts of money shall be trsnsferred from the below named
funds in the order below listed into the Boat Harbor Capital Improvements
Aceount No. 50.312 to be used to pay for the City's portion of the piling
and float removal and replacement in eonneetion with the maintenanee
dredging of the Seward Harbor of Refuge in the amount of Six Thousand
Four Hundred Fifty and No/100 ($6,450.00) Dollars. and also to pay for
any additional dredging and improvements authorized by the City Couneil
over and above maintenance dredging by the Corps of Engineers:

Aeeount No. 70.211 Professional Services 6,000.00
Account No. 70.192.2 Employee Health &
Aeeident Insurance 1,000.00
Account No. 70.198 Debt Prineipal -Sewer 1,000.00
Account No. 30 Reserve for new
Fire truek 2.000.00
$ 23,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any funds 80 transferred and re-
turned to the above named aecounts will be returned in inverse order of
that listed. The last named item shall be returned if used and to be
returned with four (4%) per cent interest per annum for the time used.
The Council shall make provision in the 1962-63 budget for repaying
said funds, setting forth the time sehedule of repayment and whieh
funds need not be repaid at all, exeept that the last named item, if
used, shall be repaid as above set forth.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approved by the Common Council
of the City of Seward. Alaska, this 23rd day of April, 1962.
