EE IT RESOr.VED that the Manager and Clerk of the City of Seward,
Alaska, are hereby instructed to sign and deliver the Amendment to
Agreement dated the 16th day of July, 1962, which amends an Agreement
dated the 13th day of November, 1961, between the City of Seward and
Sam Romack pledging certain real properties for the payment of back
tIlXf'S.
This Resolution to be in fun force and effect immediately upon
passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the Common Council of the City of Seward,
Alaska. this 16th day of July, 1962.
