RESOLUTION NO. 272
BE IT RESOLVED that the following form of Registration Card shall be used for all
registration of City of Seward electors, and is hereby made the approved Registration
Card as provided by Section 3.104 (b) of Ordinance No. 306, Seward Election Code.

I hereby swear (or affirm) that I am a citizun of the United States, that on the
dllY or the next election I shall be at least nineteen years of age, that I am able to
speak or read the English language, and shall be an actual bona fide resident of
Alaska and will have been such resident continuously during the entire year immediately
preceding the election and shall have been such resident continuously for thirty (30)
days next preceding the election in the City of Seward, Alaska; I further swear (or
affirm) that I shall have resided in the State of Alaska year(s), :i.n the City
of Seward year(s), or months, and in Precinct No. for ____days,
months, or years, that I am not disqualified from voting for reason
of felony conviction involving moral turpitude or for reason of unsound mind, and
that I am legally qualified to vote.
