PO:SOUITION NO. 274
WHEREAS Robert A. Inglis and Phyllis J. lng] is have requested that the
City grant them an easement for the meintenanre of their garage building on
a portion of B Street shown on mer drawn by Frank Nyman, en~ineer; subject
to the undl>rstand:lng thAt <:"Iid ~Arage building was built prior to the date
hereof and was extended ever o~ City street property through error at the time
of its construction, and will be removed from said Street before November 6,
1963; and
WHEREA~ action was take~ at a regu1a.r meeting of the City Council hp.ld
Au~ust 6, 1962, authorizing such an easement for a period of fifteen monthe
from that date; and
WHEREAS a public hearin~ upon such proposed easement was held on August
20, lQ62, after notice having been posted, all in accordance with Ordinance
No. 315, and there were no valid objections made thereat to the granting
thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, FE IT RESOLVED that the Manager and Clerk of the City of
Seward, Alpska ar" hereby authorized and directed to execute to and in favor
of Ronert A. Inglis and PhylHs J. Inglis the heretofore propnsed i.nstrument
granting to said persons an easement for the maintenance of their garage
building on said piece or porti"n ,:,f P Street in th~ City 0f Se'>arrl, Alaska,
for the perion of time from thi" elate :mel ending Novembpr 6, 1963.
