RESOLUTION NO. 275
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Seward, Alaska,
by its Resolution No. 273, passed and approved on the 7th day
of August, 1962, for the reasons set forth therein, made a
tentative award to Inlet Mechanical Company of Anchorage,
Alaska, for the construction of certain improvements to the
Seward Water System therein set forth, and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Home Finance Agency has by its letter
dated August 21, 1962, signed by Mr. L. R. Durkee, Director
of Northwestern Operations, given its approval of the tenta-
tive award exactly as set forth in Resolution No. 273,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager and City
Clerk of the City of Seward are hereby instructed, upon the
furnishing of a satisfactory performance bond by Inlet Mechani-
cal Company", to execute and deliver the contract between the
City of Seward and Inlet Mechanical Company for the construc-
tion of improvements to City of Seward water system as set
forth in Resolution No. 273.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved by The Common Council of the City of
Seward, this 23rd day of August, 1962.
