RESOLUTION NO. 278
BE IT RESOLVED that the Seward Branch. First National Bank of
Anchorage. be, and is hereby named the paying agent and depository bank
for the funds to be received from the Housing and Home Finance Agency
and any other source Whatever, to be used in paying for the total and
complete cost of constructing the City of Seward 1962 Water Project. and
that the said Bank account shall be named the City of Seward, 1962 Water
Project Construction Account, and
That the Seward Pranch, First National Bank of Anchorage, be and it
is hereby instructed to honor cheeks drawn on the City of Seward 1962
Water Project Construction Account When bearing any two of the following
signatures: James W. Harrison, Eeatrice E. Watts, Perry Stockton or
Marjorie ~. Stillm8n.

This ~eso]ution to be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED by The Common Council of the City of Seward,
Alaska, this 17th day of September, 1962.
