RESOLUTION NO. 280
WHEREAS Resolution No. 267 of The COI\IIIOD Council of the City of Seward,
Alaska in its third paragraph provided that due and delinquent dates for the
Supplemental Tax Roll be established by a separate resolution at a later
date; and
WHEREAS a Supplemental Tax Roll has now been duly completed and
certified;
NOW, THBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The COIlIIIOn Council of the City of
Sevard, Alaska that the delinquent date when 1961-62 taxes shall become
delinquent, as determined by the Council in the second paragraph of said
Resolution No. 267, shall also apply to property listed on said Supplemental
Tax Roll, and 1961-62 taxes on property on Supplemental Tax Roll shall become
due and delinquent and subject to penalty and interest as set forth in
Section 7.110 of the Code of Ordinances, as amended by Ordinance No. 310,
in the same maDDer as other 1961-62 taxes described in the second paragraph
of said Resolution No. 267.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon
pas...e and approval.
