Section E—Will this project be harmful to the public health, safety and welfare?
This project is to provide contained housing for Bornstein Employees. The units are rooms that will
provide sleeping areas for the employees—kitchen, laundry, bathroom and break room facilities will be
provided in the plant itself. This project will not have any negative effect on public health, safety or
welfare.
