Comments on Resolution 2021-031:
I oppose any kind of manufacturing in the Historic Business
District.
In addition, before approving this ordinance with its Land Use
tables I would like to see a column for the "Historic Business
District" with its own Land Use descriptions. The Historic
Preservation Commission is presently working on the boundary
for the Historic Business District as well as it land uses.
I request that you postpone this ordinance until February of 2022
allowing our commission to complete our definitions and having
the opportunity of your review and hopeful approval.
