RESOLUTION NO. 283
BE IT RESOLVED that due to a survey made by a qualified registered
engineer, establishing the boundaries of the parcel of land deeded by
The City of Seward to Raymond C. Anderson and Margaret Ann Anderson,
on April 16, 1962 (See page 371, Vol. 9 Council Minutes). that a
correction deed containing the description as set fortb by tbe above
survey is hereby authorized and the City Manager and City Clerk are
hereby instructed to execute and deliver same.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 15th day of October. 1962.
