RESOLUTION NO. 291
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to execute and del iver "THIS RIDER" to the T"ease dated
6 February, 1950, executed by the City of Seward, Alaska, as l,essor,
and Seward Fish & Cold Storage Co., Inc., as Lessee, said Rider provid-
ing for an additional exception and release by the Lessee to the Lessor
of Marine Ways and Facilities.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and approval.
Pa~sed and arproved by The Common Council of the City of Seward
this 3rd day of December, 1962.
