Public Law 345, 84th Congress, as amended by the Public Works Acceleration
Act.
WHEREAS, under the tenus e>f said Public Law 345. as amended, the United
States of America has authorized the making of grants to public bodies to
aid in financing the construction of specific public projects:
Now Therefore, Be It Resolved By The Common Council of the City of Seward
