RESOLUTION NO. 295
BE IT RESOLVED that new checking accounts bearing the following
names be and are hereby authorized to be opened with the Seward Branch,
First National Bank of Anchorage: (1) City of Seward 1961 Reserve for
New Fire Truck, which replaces savings account of similar name, (2)
City of Seward Electric Department Bond Redemption & Reserve Funds,
which replaces savings account of similar name, (3) City of Seward 1953
Series Water Department Bond Redemption & Reserve Funds, which replaces
savings account of similar name, (4) City of Seward 1962 Series Water
Department Bond Redemption & Reserve Funds, and
PE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Seward Branch, First National
Bank of Anchorage shall be the paying and receiving agent for funds
deposited in the above named bank accounts, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Seward Branch, First National
Bank of Anchorage, be, and is hereby instructed to honor City of
Seward, City of Seward Electric Department and City of Seward Water
Department checks bearing any two of the following signatures: James
W. Harrison, Beatrice E. Watts, Perry Stockton or Marjorie E. Stillman,
effective January 8, 1963, on all checks drawn upon the City of Seward
General Fund, City of Seward 1961 Reserve for New Fire Truck, City of
Seward Electric Department Bond Redemption & Reserve Funds, City of
Seward 1953 Series Water Department Bond Redemption & Reserve Funds,
City of Seward 1962 Series Water Department Bond Redemption &
Reserve Funds.

'This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and approval. Passed and approved by the Common Council of the
City of Seward, Alaska, this 7th day of January, 1963.
