RESOLUTION NO. 296
BE IT RESOLVED that the City ~anager and City Clerk
are hereby instructed to execute and deliver Addendum
No. 1 to the existing lease with the State of Alaska
for the Seward Boat Harbor facility, said Addendum No. 1
authorizes the inclusion of the updated "Exhibit A",
description of facilities leased.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immedi-
ately upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the Common Council of the
City of Seward, Alaska, this 7th day of January, 1963.
