RESOLUTION NO. 300
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager and the City Clerk
are hereby instructed to execute and deliver CONTRACT
FOR SERVICE IN NONFEDEPAL INSTITUTION dated February 20,
1963 with the United States of America, Bureau of Prisons,
for the care of persons held on demand of the Federal
Government and at the rate of $4.50 per day per person.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the Common Council of the City
of Seward this 21st day of January, 1963.
