RESOLUTION NO. .302
BE IT RESOLVED that since all bond principal and interest
payments for the Harine ,'lays Bonds have been paid and
there are no further liabilities whatsoever to be paid
for in connection with this bonding program, that the
staff is hereby instructed to close the excess balance
now creditted to the Marine ways Fund in the amount of
One Thousand Six Hundred Forty-five and 05/100 Dollars
($1,645.05) into the City General Fund.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approved this
4th day of February, 1963.
