RESOLUTION NO. 303
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute and deliver Contract
No. 14-2S-0003-2375 dated the 1st day of July, 1963
between The Alaska Railroad and the City of 3eward,
granting easement to The Alaska Railroad for twenty-two
(22) feet along "C" 3treet and fifty (50) feet into
Fourth Avenue right-of-way adjoining Lot 12, Block 19,
Federal Addition, for the extension of tail track.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and approval. Passed and
approved by The Common Council of the City of 3eward,
Alaska, this 15th day of July, 1963.
