RESOLUTION NO. 306
BE IT RESOLVEJ that The Common Council 0: the City of
Seward shall sit as a Board of Equalization in connection
with the 1962-63 real and personal property tax assessment
roll for the purposes set forth in Section 7.105 of the
Se\\'ard '}eneral Gode of Ordinanr:es ronm!encinc at 8:00 p.m.,

continue until all persons w~o
~ave fiJed petitions, in connection with the '1962-63 tay
assessment roll as provided in 3ection 7.105 of the Code,
with the Board at the Office of the City Assessor on or
before April 15, 19~J, shall have been heard and/or the tay
assessment roll for the year 1962-63 has been equalized.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved by The Common Council of the City of
Seward, Alaska, this 21st day of February, 1963.
