For HHFA Use
Resolution authorizing filing of application with the Housing and Home
Finance Agency, United States of America, for a grant under the terms of
Public Law 345, 84th Congress, as amended by the Public Works Acceleration
Act.
WHEREAS, under the terms of said Public Law 345, as amended, the United
States of America has authorized the making of grants to public bodies to
aid in financing the construction of specific public projects: Install an
elevator with housing of the unit in the Seward General Hospital
Now Therefore, Be It Resolved By The Common Council of the City of Seward

1. That James W. Harrison be and he is hereby authorized to
