RESOIcUTION )'JO~ :31G
BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed Agreement between the
City of Seward and Roland H. Lane, Architect, for pro-
fessional services in connection with building a new fire
station for the City of Seward as tentatively agreed by
the City Council on March 7, 1963 on the basis of six per
cent of the estimated construction cost plus an additional
;~125. 00 for each and every day or part of day for on site
inspection purposes, is hereby approved and the City
Manager and City Clerk are hereby instructed to sign and
deliver this Agreement Between Owner and Architect.
This resolution to be in full force and effect immedi-
ately upon passaGe and approval. Passed and approved by
The Corrunon Councilor the City of Se\'lard, Alaska, this
lSth day of March, 1963.
