RESOLUTION NO. 313
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager and City Clerk are
hereby instructed to execute and deliver Utility Agreement
No. F031-1-(7) with the Alaska State Department of
Highways whereby the City of Seward agrees to relocate
its electric power line structures at the Snow River
crossing to facilitate highway construction. cost of said
relocation estimated at Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred
Fifty-nine and no/100 ($13,559.00) Dollars to be fully
reimbursed to the City of Seward by the State of Alaska.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immi-
ately upon passage and approval. Passed and approved
by the Common Council of the City of Seward, Alaska,
this 1st day of April, 1963.
